Refund Policy for CHPC Products
All of the Consumer Products offered on our website are provided by our Shareholders. The CHPC Hemporium is just a service we offer to help our Shareholders sell their Consumer Products. All proceeds from the sales of the Consumer Products goes directly to the Shareholders.
Any guarantee for all purchases made through the links on our website will be made by the product producer. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from them, you will need to contact them for any reddress.
The Wholesale Raw Materials produced from whole Hemp plant processing by the CHPC are not sold through the website.
The above policy does not apply to the purchase of Patron Shares and Investor Shares from our website. All Shares have a 3-day rescission refund window. After the 3-Day rescission period window, CHPC Shares may not be bought or traded by their without prior written permission from CHPC Operators and/or Executives.
